Track & Field

About CCA

Track and Field is a sport that develops pupils in athletic movements such as running, throwing and jumping.

Experiences

Track and Field develops pupils in the sport of athletics (run, jump and throw) and provides opportunities for them to be selected to represent the school in athletics competitions.

The CCA sessions are conducted at the school quadrangle on Tuesdays and Fridays from 2.00 p.m. to 3.30 p.m.

Developing our students

CCA pupils will be taught and trained in fundamental athletic movements such as running, throwing and jumping that will build their abilities to develop themselves in other sports.

Growing hearts and minds

CCA pupils will be given the opportunity to set personal goals for the sport and work hard to develop themselves in terms of self-discipline, confidence, resilience and teamwork.

Empowering leaders and talents

CCA pupils who are identified will be given the opportunity to hone their leadership skills and contribute as P4, P5 and P6 Level Captains and Equipment Managers.
