Live Life, Love Life
Live Life, Love Life (LiLo) Programme
Empowering Confident Learners and Gracious Contributors
Our Purpose
The Live Life, Love Life (LiLo) Programme is Edgefield Primary School’s
character development cornerstone, nurturing students to grow into resilient,
empathetic and responsible individuals.
As a core domain in our EDGE Curriculum, LiLo equips students with the
habits, mindsets and social-emotional competencies needed to navigate key
life transitions with confidence and grace. Grounded in values and real-life
skills, LiLo develops students not only as learners, but as contributors
at school, home and in the wider community.
Our Programme
LiLo supports students at key growth stages through age-appropriate experiences that strengthen self-awareness, relationship skills, and future readiness.

Our Process
The LiLo experience is built on a continuous cycle of reflection, routine, and relational learning.
-
Weekly Lessons: Thoughtfully designed sessions nurture social-emotional and character competencies.
-
Daily Routines: Habits like gracefulness, self-discipline, and team responsibility are practised every day.
-
Experiential Learning: Group tasks, peer reflections, and personal pledges help students internalise key habits.
-
Transition Milestones: Intentional support is built in for Primary 1, 2, and 6 students as they navigate new stages of life.
Students are continually guided to become self-directed learners who contribute meaningfully to the world around them.
Our Impact
By the end of the LiLo journey:
-
P1 students are confident, caring, and responsible in school and at home.

Across the school, students:
-
Grow in emotional strength and self-discipline

Build strong peer and adult support networks
-
Contribute actively to family, school, and society
LiLo empowers Edgefielders to truly “Live Life, Love Life” — embracing challenges with heart, and making every moment meaningful.
