EFPS 21CC Curriculum

At EFPS, we recognize the unique interests, strengths, and learning styles of every student. Our integrated curriculum aims to nurture Edgefielders into stewards of their world, capable of confidently navigating the future, making a positive impact on the community, and upholding our Singaporean way of life. 

Building upon a strong foundation of character, we aim to empower students to excel both in school and beyond. These competencies are vital for thriving in today’s rapidly evolving, highly digital, and interconnected environments. The competencies include: 

• Critical, Adaptive, and Inventive Thinking: Encouraging students to think critically and creatively, adapt to new situations, and devise novel solutions to problems.

•  Communication, Collaboration, and Information Skills: Fostering effective communication, teamwork, and the ability to navigate and utilize information efficiently. 

• Civic, Global, and Cross-Cultural Literacy: Promoting an understanding of civic responsibilities, global issues, and cross-cultural perspectives to prepare students for active and informed citizenship.

Integrating these competencies into the Total Curriculum ensures that students are not only academically prepared but also equipped with the essential skills needed to succeed in the dynamic and interconnected world of the 21st century. This holistic approach prepares students to live, learn, and work effectively, making them well-rounded individuals ready to face future challenges.
